The story of Fashion Rynok began in 2013, when its founder, Kairat Makhmutbekov, started sourcing goods from the largest wholesale market in Central Asia — Dordoi. Everything began with individual client orders: Kairat personally selected and shipped products through private transport companies. One of his first clients was Meruert from Astana, and that first successful order became the foundation for what would grow into a major business.
As demand for his services increased, Kairat decided to form his own buyer team in Kyrgyzstan. He gradually hired new team members who helped him source and manage client orders. The team developed steadily, building its reputation on trust, discipline, and professionalism.
With the growth of both clients and staff, Kairat introduced internal rules and management systems to maintain order and unity within the team. Thanks to this structured approach, the project known as Dordoi Fashion at the time became more organized and professional in its operations.
In 2018, the company took a major step forward by creating its first IT department, responsible for website development and implementing new digital tools to make the team’s work more efficient. This marked the beginning of Fashion Rynok’s digital transformation.
By 2020, the company employed about 100 buyers, and the project had evolved into a well-structured organization connecting hundreds of clients across different regions. During this period, Kairat established the Head Office — now known as the Tech Support Department, which began overseeing logistics, quality control, reporting, and the company’s social media presence.
Year after year, Fashion Rynok continued to expand and innovate, introducing new solutions to simplify the purchasing process. By 2023–2024, the team had grown to more than 400 buyers, serving over 5,000 clients every month.
The company’s core mission is to source products according to each client’s specific preferences. Fashion Rynok takes full responsibility for product selection, quality control, and safe delivery. The geography of shipments includes CIS countries, Europe, and North America.
The company cooperates with major international logistics providers such as Alfa Cargo, Red Express, and DHL, ensuring reliable and timely global delivery.
In addition to sourcing, Fashion Rynok also provides fulfillment services — including product inspection, quality control, labeling, packaging, and preparation for online marketplaces like Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, and Amazon.
